Shipping, Pricing & Returns

Pricing

Pricing is in US Dollars (USD).

If there is a typo or a human error in the pricing, I will notify you about the error, and the price will be corrected; you will have the opportunity to agree if you want to proceed with the order or not. Otherwise, the price on the specific item is the actual product price, which does not include any tax. Shipping is free for Priority Mail, but if you choose Priority Mail Express, additional shipping fees apply.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe.  Stripe is a secure payment processing platform, which helps businesses make and receive payments.  Stripe accepts all major credit cards/debit cards and offers other online payment options.

Taxes

A 6% State sales tax will be charged to purchases with a shipping address in Virginia, USA. No tax will be charged to shipments to other states.

Processing Time

“Ready to go” orders

Pieces that are currently in stock and available show as available or “Add to Cart” in my store. These pieces will be sold with a processing time of 1- 2 business days. If unforeseen circumstances happen, and more time is required, you will be notified by email.  Shipping times will vary depending on the location and shipping options. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customizations

Sorry, I currently do not offer customizations.

Packaging

Packing comes in a beautiful burlap box that has magnets for closing and opening the box.  This beautiful box has a very organic feel, which complements the jewelry really well.

A burlap rope will go around the box with a little info card.

Box sizes differ depending on the size of the jewelry.

Sometimes, due to the size of neck wires, another box will be used instead. However, pendants will still come in this box.

Shipping

Shipping (USA)

Shipping is free for orders inside the United States. USPS Priority Mail is used with estimated times of 1 -3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping (International)

At this moment, I am not shipping internationally, but stay tuned!

Tracking

All orders will have a USPS tracking number. This will be provided to you in an email.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance (Domestic Packages)

All packages shipped with USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express inside the USA will include shipping insurance at no extra cost to you to cover loss, damage, or missing contents of merchandise (some exceptions apply).

Please keep in mind that this insurance is per USPS restrictions and timeframes.  In the event of a claim, once the money has been provided to me,  I will be able to “refund” this money to the customer, but not before.

Returns Overview

I try my best to make the sturdiest pieces available, but if for some reason something happens, please contact me, and we can discuss the options that you have.

If you understand a few aspects of your silver creations you will be able to take better care of them. Please, take care of your silver pieces because they are valuable and unique.  Some pieces are more delicate per their design, but all of them are Fine Silver pieces, which means that it is the purest form of silver available and therefore, more valuable. Because of the purity of the silver, this also means that the pieces are more prone to scratches and will bend more easily. If your pieces fall hard, they could break or bend.

Some of the components that I use as a complement to my designs (clamps, toggles, etc.) are mainly Sterling Silver because of its strength. These components are usually connected by a cold connection, meaning that there is no fusion or solder involved. So if you tug or pull strongly on them, they could become loose.  Also, understand that Sterling Silver tarnishes more often than Fine Silver because of the presence of other metals in it.

Make sure you read the Care Instructions page in addition to this information so you have a better understanding of what your piece is made of and how to care for it and avoid disappointments.

Returns

Silver Pieces:  I reserve the right upon inspection of any piece to decide if your piece is allowed for an exchange or a return.  If exchanges and returns are allowed, the piece needs to be returned in the same packaging and in the same quality conditions as it was received.

Return shipping costs are the buyers’ responsibility.

A full return will be accepted up to 14 days after the delivery of the original piece if the piece is returned in the same condition as it was sent. If conditions of the piece or packaging are poor,  a fee will be applied. Expect between 5 to 10 business days for the refund transaction (via Stripe) to appear in your account. In some cases, but rarely, it can take longer.

Exchanges are allowed if you haven’t received an email confirming processing or a completed order email (sent when the product ships).  After that time, no exchanges are allowed.

Chains, leather, and components:  Please, be careful with your chains, leather, and any other components. Don’t pull on them, and be careful to avoid getting them caught on something because I do not accept returns or exchanges of chains, leather, or components. These are complements to my silver creations. I will be happy to repair them if I can or replace them, but I will charge material costs and a repair fee of $18. However, I will repair open jump rings for free.

Repairs:  If for some reason you damage any silver piece made by me, I might be able to repair it, so don’t panic. There is a possibility that the design might change a little in order to save the piece. The time frame for repairs will be communicated with you because it depends on the damage. Repairs have a material fee that will be based on what is used plus a repair fee based on the time that I spend on the piece.  Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will only be accepted if I haven’t started processing or shipped the order.
